Hi, my name is Bent

Cooking is something I do every day. I started working in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher at fourteen and soon discovered that the kitchen was where I belonged.

In the years that followed, I worked my way up to head chef and gained experience in various professional kitchens. There, I learned what attention, technique, and good ingredients can mean for a dish.
