When will my order be delivered?
During checkout, you can select from the available delivery slots. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track-and-trace.
Are the meals delivered hot or cold?
Meals are delivered chilled, so you can store and heat them whenever suits you.
How long can I store the meals?
Netherlands: approximately 3 months (freshly prepared and immediately frozen)
Friesland: approximately 3 days (fresh)
The exact best-before date is on the packaging. Store the meals immediately upon receipt according to the storage advice on the label.
How do I heat up the meals?
Each package includes clear cooking instructions. Most meals can be easily heated in a pan, oven, or microwave.
Are we taking allergies into account?
All ingredients and allergens are listed with the dish and on the label. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us in advance; we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is possible as long as we have not yet started preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
